Shipping Policy

 

  • Please note, we can only process the shipment of an order once full payment has been received.
  • As per standard, we aim to arrange dispatch for all in-stock units within 7 working days once payment has been received. Once the order is dispatched, as an estimate it will then takes 5-10 working days to arrive from the courier company. Please note, all future release units first need to be released by and received from the manufacturer, before they can be classed as in-stock.

  • ‘Month’ batch (ie. April batch)
    This means that these units are from further release batches and will only be released by the manufacturer on the said ‘Month’. Please note, the predicted release month (and or date) is set by the manufacturer and it is their best estimate only. Coin Mining Central has no control over the exact release date and cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer withholds, withdraws or delays the batch release. 

  • Once your order (in-stock or future release batch) has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information for your products. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier typically requires one business day from the time you receive this notification.

  • Depending upon your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our shipping facilities in China, Hong Kong or the United States (if ordered from a USA based stock).

  • Any units shipped to the UK will be dispatched to UK from China or Hong Kong where the miners are produced, and once arrived in the UK, we will clear customs and arrange courier to deliver the shipment to your specified address.
  • Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only, and we are not to be held accountable for any delay from the courier companies or the manufacturers.

  • When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.

  • Please note for all Cryptosteel products we offer next-day dispatch, 2-3 working days delivery and shipment from the USA, EU and UK Warehouses.


Expected extra costs

  • Purchase of a suitable power cable
    Please note, all ASIC miners sold by Coin Mining Central are sold with their original/Chinese power outlet cables only. As these cables are not fit for use in the rest of the world, for safety measures, the manufacturer often will not include their Chinese power outlets with the miner when releasing the units to us for shipping outside of China. See our FAQ page for more details.
  • Customs clearance fees for orders shipping to destination outside the UK
    All UK orders, sold and delivered by Coin Mining Central are inclusive of value added tax. All International orders, sold and delivered by Coin Mining Central are exclusive of value added tax. We are not liable for any duties or taxes or fees that may be incurred by the customer. It is customers responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. Coin Mining Central shall not be liable for any cost of damage or expense as a result of error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping Service

Coin Mining Central offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to selected countries. Under DDP service, import duties and taxes are handled in advance as part of the shipping arrangement, subject to the terms below.

Countries & Requirements


United States (USA)

      • No minimum weight requirement

      • All miners are eligible for DDP shipping

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

      • No minimum weight requirement

      • All miners are eligible for DDP shipping


India

      • No minimum weight requirement

      • All miners are eligible for DDP shipping

      • Additional £50 per unit will be applied at checkout


DDP Service Exceptions

DDP service is not applicable to:

  • All Goldshell miners

  • Canaan A1366I

Orders containing the above models will not qualify for DDP shipping.

European Union (EU) – Weight Requirements

DDP shipping to the EU is subject to a minimum weight requirement of 25kg.

If the total order weight is:

  • 25kg or more → FREE DDP shipping

  • Between 15kg and 24.9kg → £125 DDP shipping fee

  • Below 15kg → DDP service not available

For reference:

  • 2x Regular ASIC miners qualify for FREE DDP shipping.


Product Weight Reference Guide

The following weights are used for shipping calculations:

  • Regular ASIC: 16kg

  • Solo Miner: 4kg

  • IceRiver Lite: 5.6kg

  • IceRiver Box Models: 2.4kg

  • Nano 3S / G1 Mini: 1.6kg

  • Fluminer: 7.2kg

  • D1 Mini: 4.8kg

  • Pinecone: 3.2kg

All weights are approximate and used strictly for shipping calculation purposes.

Important Notes Regarding DDP

  • DDP availability is subject to courier and customs regulations at the time of shipment.

  • Coin Mining Central reserves the right to withdraw or amend DDP eligibility without prior notice.

  • If DDP service is selected but later deemed unavailable due to regulatory, customs, or courier restrictions, alternative shipping arrangements may be required.

  • DDP does not cover product compliance requirements specific to the destination country. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure the ordered product is permitted for import and use in their jurisdiction.


Undelivered packages

  • Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. The recipient will be liable for the return costs, resending the parcel as well as any storage fees that may occur. 

  • Please be noted that upon delivery of the products to the carrier, it shall be deemed completion of our delivery, and the title and the risks of damage and loss of the products shall be transferred to you. This includes possible shipping fees and Chinese import tax. We do not accept any refund requests in case of failure of customs clearance.
