ANTRACK V2 Cooling System

ANTRACK V2 employs an independent fan to draw in air and cool the coolant separately. The coolant dissipates heat through a high-efficiency heat exchanger, then circulates to high-performance servers to absorb heat, ensuring optimal operational stability. The heated coolant returns to the heat exchanger for continuous cooling, maintaining a stable and reliable environment for your high-power servers.

System Components

ANTRACK V2 is composed of the following key elements:

1. Cabinet Frame
   The robust cabinet frame houses the heat exchangers, fans, water pump and ASIC miners.. Its sturdy construction ensures reliability and ease of transportation, installation, and operation.

2. High-Efficiency Heat Exchanger
   This component features quick-connect fittings, aluminum fins, and water collectors. It operates as a closed-loop system, efficiently dissipating heat into the air through the coolant.

3. External Cooler
   The ANTRACK V2 external cooler integrates a heat pump module, which can achieve 80 °C heat recovery while providing stable cold water to the miners, helping customers achieve dual benefits.The fans provide forced air circulation, enhancing heat dissipation by rapidly moving air over the heat exchanger and removing heat from the coolant.

4. Temperature Control System
   Located on the front panel, this system manages fan operation based on the coolant’s outlet temperature, which correlates with the temperature of the high-performance servers. This allows precise temperature regulation for optimal cooling performance.
