CMC Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the CMC Rewards Program offered by Coin Mining Central Ltd. ("CMC"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the CMC Rewards Program.
To be eligible for the CMC Rewards Program, customers must have an active account with Coin Mining Central Ltd. and make purchases through the company's website. Participation in the program is voluntary, and customers must be at least 18 years old to join.
Customers can earn CMC points through various activities to enhance their loyalty experience. The earning rate for each activity is outlined below:

Make a Purchase: Earn CMC points for every eligible purchase made through the Coin Mining Central online store. The earning rate may vary and will be clearly communicated within the Loyalty program point exchange section. Points are awarded once the payment for the order has been received, and they will be available to exchange for a discount voucher on the customer's next purchase.

Subscribe to Newsletter: Earn 500 CMC points by subscribing to the Coin Mining Central newsletter. Points will be credited upon successful subscription.

Follow on Instagram: Earn 500 CMC points by following Coin Mining Central on Instagram. Points will be credited upon verification of the follow status.

Follow on X: Earn 500 CMC points by following Coin Mining Central on X (previously known as Twitter). Points will be credited upon verification of the follow status.

Like on Facebook: Earn 500 CMC points by liking Coin Mining Central on Facebook. Points will be credited upon verification of the like status.

Refer a Friend: Earn a substantial 2500 CMC points for successfully referring a friend to Coin Mining Central. Points will be awarded upon the referred friend's first eligible purchase.

Purchase Tiers and Discounts:
- £2,500 spent -> 250 CMC points = £50 voucher
- £5,000 spent -> 500 CMC points = £100 voucher
- £12,500 spent -> 1250 CMC points = £275 voucher
- £25,000 spent -> 2500 CMC points = £600 voucher
Note: CMC points are non-transferable and have no cash value unless exchanged for discount vouchers, which can then be applied during checkout on the Coin Mining Central website. Points are earned once the payment for the order has been received and will be available for use on the customer's next purchase. CMC points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code but can be applied to the purchase of any item on the company website. There is no minimum purchase value required when redeeming CMC points for discounts. Terms and conditions for point redemption may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated within the CMC Rewards Program section of the Loyalty page.
CMC points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. It is important to note that all earned CMC points have a validity period of 4 months from the day of issue. Points not redeemed within this timeframe will expire and be automatically deducted from the customer's account.
Customers are responsible for keeping track of their earned CMC points and ensuring timely redemption within the stipulated validity period. Coin Mining Central Ltd. reserves the right to update the redemption options and their respective values, and any changes will be communicated within the Reward Program page.
To ensure fair usage and distribution of rewards, the maximum number of CMC points that can be redeemed at one time is capped at 2500. This limit is subject to change at the discretion of Coin Mining Central Ltd., and any adjustments will be communicated within the CMC Rewards Program section of the website.
Expired CMC points cannot be reinstated, and the redemption of points is subject to availability and the terms and conditions set forth by Coin Mining Central Ltd. The company is not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from the expiration of CMC points.
It is recommended that customers regularly check the CMC Rewards Program section of the company website for the latest information on redemption options, point values, and any updates to the program.
CMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the CMC Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of program termination, customers will be given a reasonable period to redeem their accrued CMC points.
Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of a customer's participation in the CMC Rewards Program. CMC reserves the right to take legal action against individuals engaged in fraudulent activities.
Participation in the CMC Rewards Program requires the collection and processing of personal information. CMC will handle customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Coin Mining Central website.
CMC is not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities resulting from the CMC Rewards Program, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of the program. Participation in the program is at the customer's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
